WILLEMSTAD.- During their vacations the children of the Bible School of the Adventist Church of Cher Asile, made a visit yesterday to ‘Hôfi Brakkeput’ and ‘Hófi di Margo i Jaime’. The children enjoyed themselves beautifully. During the holiday activities the children sang, learned passages from the Bible and went out 5 times to educational places in Curaçao.
The boys visited the Coastguards and Firemen and went to Rancho Alegre and more. The children also went on a sailing boats and visited the children’s museum.
Yesterday it was the turn of ‘Hôfi Brakkeput Abou’ and ‘Hôfi di Margo i Jaime’. On this occasion the children learned about herbs, flowers and bushes about their medicinal value, as well as learning to plant them. All this under the guidance of mr. Leito
