WILLEMSTAD.– This morning an information coming from The Hague, Netherlands, caused a lot of commotion on the island. A motion that was passed this morning in the Dutch parliament that relates to the Dutch Caribbean islands, A-B-C. According to initial reports, the Defense Ministry received orders from the parliament to consult allies for a possible reinforcement of military defense on the island of Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao.

According to the information the Dutch parliament expressed their worries with the explosive situation in Venezuela. This could escalate at any time. The motion was passed to order the Minister of defense, Ank Bijleveld to inmate talks with France and Great Britain for e possible robust defense for the three island in the Caribbean.
