ENNIA customers with a Medicard no longer need to go to ENNIA first to get a guarantee letter for SEHOS. Instead, customers can go straight to SEHOS with their doctor’s referral letter, thanks to a wonderful new automated process that saves everyone time and effort.

With a simple swipe of their Medicard, SEHOS staff will immediately be able to see if customers are insured for the referral through use of an online portal, to which both ENNIA and SEHOS have access. If customers have proper coverage, a guarantee letter will be created and added to the portal along with the doctor’s referral letter. This way, SEHOS will be able to take care of these customers immediately.

This innovative system has been operating since March and has been extensively tested by SEHOS and ENNIA. Feedback from customers who have benefited from this faster, simpler process has been very positive. It has been a wonderful added benefit for ENNIA customers to be able to go straight to SEHOS for their specialized care.

All ADC lab locations will soon have access to ENNIA’s new digital e-Care portal as well. This means customers can just swipe their Medicard at the ADC labs and will no longer have to pay out-of-pocket first and then submit receipts to ENNIA for reimbursement.
