As is known, the Corendon group bought the hotel during an auction that took place last weekend. Corendon announced that they will make an investment of 87 million dollars for the construction of a new hotel in the Veneto area. The Hotel will have 800 rooms and will be one of 5 stars.
The inventory will be sold during an auction through a notary public, to cover the debts that the Management of the Hotel had among others of land tax and withholding tax for the sum of 957 thousand guilders, plus other expenses.
