Willemstad October 14, 2020- A considerable number of parties, 11 out of 14, has shown interest in a long- term management and operation of the Oil Facilities owned by Refineria di Kòrsou, and submitted a non-binding proposal. This time, more parties have shown interest to submit a non-binding proposal as compared to previous processes.
Monday October 12, 2020 was the last day for interested parties to submit their non-binding proposal. The Project Management Organization (PMO), based upon prior established selection criteria, will now decide on the parties that will be invited to submit a binding proposal by mid-November 2020.
RdK will continue to inform the community regarding the process being followed to find a partner for a long-term and strategic solutions for the refinery, Bullenbay terminal and utility plant.
