WILLEMSTAD.- This year for 25 consecutive times, once again Isla Refinery turned on its Christmas lights in Post 5. The Island Refinery Director, Vanessa Flora Vicaní, during her speech and before the lights went on, highlighted how happy she was I felt that this year, despite the precarious situation of the company, even so, Curaçao was enlightened again with a beautiful manger whose theme revolves around the theme of hope, peace, and faith. She especially emphasized the part of hope, whose word we must take into account. This year in which we are entering, Refinery is at a crossroads and this will bring a series of challenges, but the moment we approach the year with this faith and this hope, things will improve and this in turn generates a great positivism. Curaçao needs a lot of positivism at this time and for that reason we chose among these as one of the slogans of: “Refinery is Hope”.
This year Giovanni Abath, together with his company team, tried to make all the decoration look super nice. Giovanni was very happy that the Refinery Management gave the necessary cooperation to illuminate not only post 5 but indirectly all of Curaçao.
The design and creation for the decoration of this end of the year of Refinery, wants to invoke the way we look at life, the way we should react on each event of our life and how we choose to handle it. With this decoration, Refinery wants to motivate the whole community, our people, and each one of the people so that they can get close to or pass by the street of Post 5 and read these words of decoration, think of positive things feel this positivism and act in the future, based on positivism.
Refinery wants to invite all the people of Curaçao to drive by Post 5 and admire the manger of 2018 and also feel the vibration that emanates from the message and what it offers them. For all the people of Curaçao a happy Christmas and a happy year 2019 in the name of Island Refinery.
