WILLEMSTAD.- At present, the warehouse of the materials of the pharmacy of Sehos is at 30 days and is at an acceptable level again. This is what the Director of Sehos sr. Anton Casperson indicated at a press conference. This 30-day storage is based on the use corresponding to one month.
The hospital has three deposits, one central, that of the pharmacy and that of the operating room. Currently the deposits mentioned above are monitored every two weeks. It is expected that during the month of September, the deposit of the operating room and the general deposit will also be at an acceptable level again.
Then, Mr. Casperson said they had special attention for orthopedics. For now, they have material to perform orthopedic category 4 operations. One example he gave was the purchase of 600,000 florins that were necessary and additional for prostheses, and thus can start with operations.
He made a proposal so that during the rest of 2018, it is still possible to carry out operations category 1, and maintain them up to a maximum of 170, while the operations category 2, maintain them at a maximum of 50.
