WILLEMSTAD.- Yesterday the parliamentarian Gilmar Pisas, found the occasion opportune to request the word a while and make an appeal to the chairman of the Parliament William Millerson, to ask other parliamentarians in the room “to behave like serious parliamentarians when other parliamentarians have the word”.

Pisas asked the chairman of Parliament for this, because the way things are presented, creates an atmosphere of unrest. Pisas referred to when the parliamentarian Schotte was speaking, he was interrupted by remarks by other parliamentarians in the room and also had to listen to pokes that go in his direction. And there were even parliamentarians raising their hands in perceptible ways.

According to Pisas, the Parliament is the highest body in the country and everyone is expected to behave in the appropriate manner as a respectable parliamentarian behaves. Pisas appealed to the President of Parliament to speak with parliamentarians to avoid these uncomfortable situations. The President of Parliament in turn asked the parliamentarians to stop this type of behavior mentioned.
