The n law states that the Health Inspection has to assume an independent position within the Ministry of Healthcare, Environment and Nature. This implies that the inspection can fulfill their duties without being influenced by leaders and politicians in order to reach a conclusion. The independence of the inspection is guaranteed on the one side by a separation of his functions and his responsibility to manage the ministry, says Mrs. Suzy Camelia-Romer during a debate yesterday in Parliament.
