Today the Sky High Company will start flying to Jamaica from Curaçao. This alleviates the connection situation that was needed on this route. Mr. Ceferino Koek announced this to Extra yesterday.

After this company flew for about 2 months already between Sto. Domingo and Curacao, Koek indicated that from today on Sky High would also attempt an air connection with Jamaica as well.

The flight will depart from Sto. Domingo, then pass through Jamaica and arrive in Curaçao. The return flight will pass through the same route.

This causes the company to start flying with a larger airplane within this route. They used to fly with 19 passengers and now will fly twice a week with a 30-passenger plane. The flights will take place every Monday and Friday to Kingston and then to Sto. Domingo.

And for that reason, this good news became a reason to organize a meeting yesterday with the Jamaican community here in Curaçao and take the opportunity to inform them about the new possibilities of connecting to Kingston.
