WILLEMSTAD.- The President of INAC ALM made the decision yesterday, that it will allow flights with exclusively foreigners and / or Venezuelans with verified residence abroad from Venezuela to the islands of Aruba and Curaçao. This means that the border between Curaçao, Aruba and Venezuela are opened, but with restrictions.
It also states that only passengers of Venezuelan nationality are authorized to transfer flights from the islands of Aruba and Curaçao to Venezuela. What is prohibited is the transfer of cargo on flights arriving in Venezuela.
INAC said that it is important to mention that compliance with the instructions will be fiscally controlled and authorized by the aeronautical authorities in coordination with the immigration authorities, for which the airline must present to the prosecutors in service at different airports, the list of passengers so that these can be analyzed and approved before the check of each flight is made. And anyone who does not comply with this will be punished among others with the revocation or suspension of the AOC.
