Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
Four migrants died and about 20 were missing after their boat capsized off the coast of the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean, authorities said Friday.
Seventeen migrants were rescued from the boat, which was carrying about 40 people and headed for Puerto Rico, a US territory, according to the Dominican civil defense authority.
The Caribbean nation's navy said it had rescued 10 Dominicans and seven Haitians. A child was among the survivors.
So-called "yola" migrant boats, such as the one that ran into trouble, are constructed from wood or fiberglass and do not comply with safety regulations, according to authorities.
Migrants pay as much as $7,000 for a one-way trip to Puerto Rico from the Dominican Republic, which shares the island of Hispaniola with crisis-torn Haiti.
Illegal migration from the Dominican Republic to Puerto Rico has been a growing phenomenon in the last decade.

I needed a journalism article for a course but wasn’t sure how to approach it. I wanted a service familiar with niche topics. I discovered https://payforessay.net/journalism-essay through a search. The site offers expert writers, quick turnaround, and affordable pricing. The article was engaging, with a professional tone and relevant examples. It made my assignment stand out and impressed my professor.

Honestly, finding the Mousilli Legal Group team was a game changer for our tech venture because their lead attorney Feras Mousilli genuinely gets what tech founders need when forming and financing a startup before a raise, and as opposed to most business formation attorneys in the Austin area, Mousilli Legal Group Austin takes care of all the details from Delaware C corporation formation for startups to advising on founder legal services; https://www.adpost4u.com/user/profile/4918879, equity and vesting schedules and assigning IP to the company before a raise to SAFE and convertible note counsel, plus they provide startup attorney counsel that helps founders form and finance the company and function as your fractional GC in Austin so you get Austin startup legal counsel that also covers trademark clearance for SaaS startups with a patent attorney for startups who can help with your IP strategy, and they even handle business litigation counsel in Austin when things get tough, so if you are
