WILLEMSTAD.- Since the month of August, Aqualectra has started the preparation of a project that will regulate the current load of Diesel machines automatically. Different preparations must be made to make changes to the software one by one on each machine. Today will begin the necessary tests on the automated system, to verify if it works the way it is planned.

The goal of the project is to place additional options in the programming of the machines that that creates the possibility that the machines regulate itself to the frequency of 50h automatically. Also the system offers the possibility that the machines regulate themselves more quickly, in the case that one of the machines shuts down. In the past, the system for regulating machines was solved manually.

The duration of the tests prescribed above, will be 7 days, starting from September 5 and ending on September 12, 2018. During the tests there may be interruptions of electricity for a short time but Aqualectra will do the maximum to minimize this inconvenience.

Aqualectra asks for understanding during this period and asks the community to take into account that the tests are necessary to optimize the current production system. Also, apologize in advance for any possible inconvenience.
