Baoase Luxury Resort has been voted the winner of the Best Luxury Resort in the Caribbean for the 2021 Caribbean Journal Readers’ Choice Awards.
The Caribbean Journal Readers’ Choice Awards are one of the highest honors in the Caribbean travel industry, coming from the most connected and knowledgeable travelers around the globe. This year, more than 53,000 Caribbean Journal readers casted their vote naming their favorite places in the Caribbean.
Thijs van der Valk – General Manager – stated:
‘The nomination is a beautiful acknowledgment for the hard work and dedication of the entire Baoase Family. The team and I are proud and honored. I would personally like to thank everyone for casting their vote. This award is truly a wonderful recognition for the resort as well as for the beautiful island of Curaçao!’

Awards like this are interesting less for the ranking than for the criteria — service ratio, privacy, and how the property handles the low season often decide the verdict more than the rooms. I came across a similar point at https://luckcasino-uk.uk and it applied here.
