WILLEMSTAD.- Curaçao Airport Holding (CAH) revealed its plan to start construction of their new offices. This building plays a very important role in the task of the Airport Development Area and is designed to become a multi functional office building. Its design is a very modern one, which will become a business center for the world of aviation with spaces to work in a flexible way.

The first floor will be equipped with a canteen and will be available to members of the aviation community. This floor will also have a business room and different meeting spaces. The second floor will be destined for aviation companies, with office spaces ready for rent. Because it will be located in the airport neighborhood, this multi functional building can serve as a business center for aviation companies. Equipped with high-level technological resources, it is the space for great ideas of plans and execution of innovative CAH projects. They are currently looking for interested parties to rent the building.

CAH has a task to supervise the airport's operational activities, development of an environment around the airport and developments of air lift. The construction of this building is one of the different development plans of the CAH master plan. Minister Gijsbertha explained the following developments: "The airport is a big contribution of our economic pillar". The optimal functioning of the space allows us to promote our international business relationships and position ourselves in a global market. Thanks to the fact that it will open roads for the opportunities and economic growth offered by the area around the airport, the international companies that will be established in it will obtain all kinds of opportunities for economic development.

CAH will begin the construction of the building and its office in these second semester of the current year. The construction will last 18 months. During the revelation, the director of CAH, Mr. W. Ignacio, expressed the following regarding the building: "This building is an angle for the development of the area around the airport and an important achievement to expose the potential of this area. empower more development initiatives and attract business projects. The goal of this building is to stimulate business activities in the area of our airport and the design will attract local and international companies. " This new office building, had some years already in planning and is an effort of the Management Team and Members of the CAH Board, which is eager to make this mutual effort.
