of our beloved mother
Dassalee Evarista Phillips on August 29, 2021 in Fresno, Texas
She was born on the island of Curacao, fondly referred to by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as "Mama or Öma" She married Hubert Alfred Richardson on December 13, 1952, out of that marriage she had 8 children.

She was preceded in death by her parents
Joseph and Ellen (Maxwel) Phillips
Her brothers - Hendrick Phillips, Cyril Phillips,
and Hollis Phillips
Her sister - Maria Phillips, Her son - Earl McDonald Richardson

Dassalee is survived by her 7 children:
Roberto R. Richardson (Joyce) & family, Corpus Christi, Texas.

Sybil & family, Naples,, Florida. Beryl G. Eugene & family,
Fresno, Texas. Irma A Pickering an& family, Baytown,
Texas Almaira Richardson-Jones & family, Naples, Florida.
Jacqueline Richardson-Burt (Stanley) & family, Austin,
Minnesota.
Her sister Raquel Phillips and family in Curacao
Her two adopted sons Grensley Margaritha, Germany and Andre Kip, The Netherlands

Mama Leaves to cherish her memories, yet rejoice in her victory her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family in Curacao, Saba, St Maarten, USA, The Netherlands too numerous to mentioned whom she loves dearly. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
