a chemical engineer, and a pensionado of
Refineria Isla, left for his heavenly
abode on Friday, November 27th, 2020.
He is survived by his wife and daughters. He made Curacao his home in early 1991. He loved Dushi Korsou and all his friends and colleagues here and his family who visited him here from all over the world.
Deepak was an avid scholar, musician, photographer, golfer, BBQer, video gamer & technology aficionado. He loved to travel and had an insatiable hunger for knowledge and a zest for life. He believed no problem was unsolvable and that anything was possible with hard work and focus. He loved to invite his friends and colleagues to share food and drinks with him at his home.
Nothing gave him more satisfaction than to be around people. He planned events and took part in every aspect of the execution of these events like Karnaval, Christmas, farewells etc. His birthday celebrations at the refinery were planned by him with childlike excitement and zeal. Being a Foodie, he wanted to make sure everyone got the best food he could get from home. He will be missed by his family, friends and colleagues all across the world.
