WILLEMSTAD.-  The Ministry of Social Development, Labor and Welfare takes the helm so that together with all citizens, companies and institutes, it is possible to stimulate the social development and well-being of the inhabitants of Curaçao. One of the approaches of the Ministry of Social Development, Labor and Welfare is to stimulate the participation, social inclusion of its clients with the necessary guidance, support and to facilitate access to the labor market of this focus group. To achieve this, the Social Development Sector executes programs of re-education and training, projects and paths to teach and work at the same time, in which the client learns a trade. In this way, the Social Development Sector helps clients to stand on their own feet and become economically independent.

The project: "Your hair is your Beauty" started in 2017 and is one of the means that the Ministry of Social Development, Labor and Welfare uses, to give its clients necessary tools and thus have more possibilities to obtain a position in the labor market or to become a small or small businessperson.
