WILLEMSTAD. - The swearing-in and the assumption of functions of Neysa Isenia as the new minister of Economy was paralyzed by a Central Bank document. According to information gathered by EXTRA, the Central Bank will draw up a document of an investigation made about the new candidate nominated for Minister of Economy, without apparently having authorization to do this. The screening is ready for Neysa Isenia to be sworn in as Minister in charge of the Economy Ministry.
