WILLEMSTAD.- Information that EXTRA obtained yesterday and that has been confirmed afterwards indicate that aboard different cruis ships ,that are docked in Curaçao this week, the captains warned those who got off on the island, of the turbulent situations that could be achieved in the streets. A case where Punda protesters mingled with visitors, created panic in some of them. They reported certain incidents to the captains of their ships. By the way, currently there’s a video of one of the events on youtube.com recorded by a visitor on board a ship.
According to the long recording in which even leaders of such actions are shown pronouncing words in Punda in front of the Parliament building, the narrator said that it is a peculiar case and that this will surely raise questions and concern. The captain of the ship is responsible for its passengers on board, according to the instruction manual they have. Other people said they are exaggerating the situation and that in many countries from which visitors come, there are also protests.
Usually the boats that are visiting Curaçao motivate the guests to get off at the different destinations where they arrive. Fewer people inside the boat means less consumption on board.
