WILLEMSTAD.- In Punda, around the vicinity of the previously known Cinelandia, there were approximate 5 loose dogs that walk there and are aggressive. They hide under cars and when people pass, they go out and attack. One of white skin is sure the most aggressive.
You can see in the photos how they lie under the cars waiting for people to pass. EXTRA urges the attention of the authorities regarding these dogs, as quickly as possible.
