out its newest customer service initiative with the introduction of its ‘Store on Wheels’.
Soon, Flow’s new mobile ‘Store on Wheels’ will be seen in communities across
Curaçao, and customers can access the same range of services as at any Flow retail
store:
 Bill Payment via credit and debit card
 Billing and service queries
 New Sales, upgrades to existing accounts
 Product Information
 Equipment exchange
Luisa Duarte, B2C Commercial Director for the Dutch Caribbean, said the launch of the
new ‘Store on Wheels’ is a part of the company’s overall approach to revolutionizing its
retail experience for customers.
“With the current pandemic, we know that many of our customers prefer to stay closer
to home, so we are coming to you and bringing our services closer to you. We will be
meeting our customers where they are,” she said.
