Curaçao Airport Partners and Curaçao Airport Holding invite the people of Curaçao to come and celebrate the official inauguration of the new areas at the airport by joining the event ‘GATE10-Gateway to the World’. The Airport Community is proud to present the results of the immense work and effort invested in enhancing the airport and airport experience. On May 4th Curaçao International Airport will be transformed into a whimsical world of aviation with a large number of fun activities for the entire family, and for all those that are also proud of Curaçao International Airport’s new look.

The Open Day starts off early in the morning with the ‘Run the Runway’, which will be the first time ever that such sportive event on the runway takes place in the Caribbean, a unique experience! During the day tours of the new terminal will be offered showcasing all new facilities and areas, and in addition participants will be able to see the airplanes up-close. The new ‘Mirador’ will be inaugurated as well and officially opened for the public. The entrance to ‘GATE10-Gateway to the World’ is free.
