WILLEMSTAD.- Yesterday afternoon at 4.00 p.m. there was a meeting between the management of Selikor, the Minister Suzanne Camelia-Romer and the BTG union, in which BTG presented its concerns. Some of the points that BTG exposed was that it wants clarification about what will happen with the debt that the Government has with Selikor and also the 5% that the Government will deduct from Selikor.

One of the questions raised during the meeting is how can an agreements be broken and thus deprive Selikor of 5%.

Sillie explained to EXTRA that Minister Camelia-Romer acknowledged this point.

The management of Selikor in turn had to put their points on the paper, to show what the consequences were when the 5% was reduced. This was the reason why they had to sit at the table with Finance Minister Kenneth Gijsbertha. That is, to see how Selikor can recover that 5% back.

To achieve this, the Selikor Management must work on the annual accounts, so that the Minister can continue to travel the route to honor the debts that the Government has with Selikor.
