WILLEMSTAD.- The Public Ministry confirmed that the authorities detained the politician of San Martin, Theo Heyliger. Heyliger was arrested because it is related to an allegation of bribery and corruption coupled with additional allegations. Public Prosecutor Roderick Gouverneur confirmed the information for EXTRA. The Public Ministry indicated that later during the course of the day it will give more details of this case.
Unofficial information that EXTRA managed to compile, indicates that Heyliger was arrested for the case named Larimar. It is a case in which they are already arrested, several prominent people of San Martin for corruption and bribery.
