WILLEMSTAD.- It was around 3:00 am on this Saturday, September 22, when the police received a notification of a crossfire in Cubaweg. Upon arriving at the scene of the incident, the police noticed a man lying face down, without giving sign of life. So far not much is known of what happened, but witnesses say that a car passed by and unloaded its bullets on the victim who was seriously injured and later died.
