WILLEMSTAD –Yesterday Authorities where directed to the Megapier after receiving notice from the security personnel that two tourists where found with a large amount of drugs in their bags. The tourists where boarding their Cruise Ship after spending a few hours on Curaçao. The security personnel found the drugs when checking bags at the security checkpoint.
They immediately took the duo to a room and informed the local authorities.
When the police arrived, they retained the belongings of the tourists and immediately transferred the tourists to the police headquarters, pending further investigation
