“We can confirm that an infinity pool at Sandals Royal Curaçao experienced an issue with one of its glass panels and the pool area was forced to close unexpectedly. Our resort team worked quickly to ensure the small number of guests affected were provided with immediate support and medical attention. We are grateful to report that none sustained serious injuries. There is nothing more important to Sandals Resorts than the safety of our guests and we are currently conducting a complete review with all relevant parties to determine the cause of this issue. While the impacted pool is closed for repairs, Sandals Royal Curaçao remains fully operational and guests can continue to enjoy its wide array of amenities including additional pools, beach and more.”
