WILLEMSTAD.- On Thursday during the day a very serious case took place in a minimarket in the area of Buena Vista, which has the inhabitants and people very upset.
On Thursday, a man who regularly frequents the minimarket, took the courage to stand in front of the owner’s son, a child as young as 1 year, and took out his intimate member in front of the child and commit his wrongdoing. In a video that circulated yesterday, one can see how this bandit was leaning on the counter, while the mother of the child was behind the counter but with her back towards the man. All this happened at the entrance of the minimarket, just at the moment that the parents were attending with a client at the cashier. The boy in the presence of the man was more or less 2 meters away from his elders, but the suspect was with his back facing the parents.
After his act, the man left the site and then returned and sat outside very normal as if nothing were happening. It was until the evening when the parents gathered to control the camera when they observed what happened. They immediately informed the authorities of this case that it was considered an act of abuse against a minor.
Both the detectives and the JZZ staff, which is the department against the morale of the children, showed up at the scene and talked with the parents of the child and took the video recordings.
